بدأ وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية النائب بيار بو عاصي جولته العكارية من دار بلدية حلبا حيث كان في إستقباله النائب وهبي قاطيشه والمحافظ عماد لبكي بحضور منسق “القوات اللبنانية” في عكار جان شدياق، رؤساء الأجهزة الامنية ومسؤولين من “UNDP”.
