Geagea On Official Visit to United States

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea arrived in the United States Friday on a several-week official visit that includes talks with U.S. and U.N. officials.

 

A press release by the LF media department said Geagea headed a delegation grouping Tourism Minister Joe Sarkis, MP Strida Geagea and LF Foreign Affairs official Elie Khoury.

 

The visit, based on an official invitation from U.S. President George Bush”s Administration, would also include visits by Geagea and the accompanying delegation to Lebanese communities in various states.
