Saniora Received by King of Bahrain

Premier Fouad Saniora on Wednesday discussed with the King of Bahrain Sheik Hamad Bin Issa al-Khalifa the possibility of convening a meeting of Arab foreign ministers to tackle Lebanese-Syrian relations.

The state-run National News Agency (NNA), in a dispatch from Manama, said the talks also covered results of the latest Arab Summit and Lebanon developments.

 

Saniora also held a similar discussion with his counterpart Sheik Khalifa Bin Salman al-Khalifa, the report added without further elaboration.

 

Saniora is launching a pan-Arab tour for talks with leaders on the Lebanon crisis and the strained Lebanese-Syrian relations.
