MP Samir Franjieh: Hizbullah Should Apologize
MP Samir Franjieh has urged the Lebanese Army to "review calmly the conduct of some officers who manipulated the military uniform in support of factional political aims."
Franjieh, in a radio interview on Saturday, also said Hizbullah should "apologize" to citizens of Beirut for the recent attack against the capital.
By electing Gen. Michel Suleiman president, Lebanon starts an "interim era," Franjieh added without further elaboration.
