Safadi for Guarantees that Hizbullah Weapons Won”t be used Domestically
Cabinet Minister Mohammed Safadi said Saturday citizens need to be assured that Hizbullah”s weapons would not be used domestically.
Safadi made the remark in an address to a medical conference.
He emphasized that the "Sunnis never felt the need for sponsoring militias or auto security because we believe in democracy and constitutional institutions."
"The Sunnis have always embraced religious and ethnic minorities," Safadi stressed.
The people, he concluded, want a government that provides them with security, stability and looks after their economic needs.
