Bomb Explodes Near Ain al-Hilweh
A bomb exploded at a parking lot abutting the southern Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh overnight, inflicting damage. No casualties were reported.
Police said the primitive bomb exploded shortly after midnight Friday at a parking lot on the southern edge of the camp.
The lot is mainly used by trucks carrying products to a nearby vegetables and meat market.
The blast inflicted damage on at least 12 vehicles, a police report said.
