Minister Baroud calls for road safety measures to be enforced
Interior Minister Ziad Baroud released a press communiqué calling on the ISF directorate and Lebanese mayors to enforce driving regulations to ensure general road safety for the Lebanese.
He also called for taking firm measures to deal with traffic jams, especially, he said, since Lebanon is benefiting from a busy tourist season.
The communiqué also stressed on drivers to keep their cars well maintained, making sure the breaks, lights, seatbelts and other parts are in working order.
