Some act according to electoral aims only

Finance Minister Mohammad Chateh urged all ministers to separate between their political disputes and their duties especially that parliamentary elections are coming soon, and stressed that some are acting according to electoral aims only.

Chateh told Voice of Lebanon radio station on Saturday, “We cannot do anything in Lebanon except by consensus and this obstructs the Lebanese system from performing its regular work concerning the appointments.”

“The Lebanese do not want to make their country a battlefield for the conflicts between Iran and the West,” he also said.
