MP Robert Ghanem told the Voice of Lebanon radio station on Tuesday that if the electoral law was approved by September, “we would not face a problem if we waited one more week because we would have achieved a big step.”
He added that if the electoral redistricting was approved on Wednesday, the electoral law would be incomplete.
“I have one concern: If the electoral redistricting was announced without considering the reforms, they might be abandoned,” he said.
