Suleiman Leaves for New York
President Michel Suleiman left Beirut on Sunday for New York to participate in the United Nations General Assembly.
Suleiman will meet upon his arrival at his residence U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and other officials, the National News Agency, NNA, reported.
He will address the General Assembly on Tuesday before he leaves for Washington on an official visit to meet U.S. President George Bush at the White House.
