Egypt: We Never Sent an Invitation to Nasrallah
Egypt has denied that it has sent an invitation to Hizbullah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah to visit Cairo, Asharq al-Awsat newspaper reported Wednesday.
"This invitation has never been sent," an Egyptian source told the daily.
The source refused to give more details.
The denial came a day after al-Akhbar newspaper quoted sources in Cairo as saying that Egypt was mulling to send Nasrallah an invitation to visit the country in the next two months.
