Syria Smuggling More Weapons to Hizbullah
Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday urged the cabinet to take a decision regarding Syria”s alleged involvement in smuggling weapons to Hizbullah in Lebanon.
Barak told Israel Radio: "I repeat, Syria is turning over lots of weapons to Hizbullah. Israel should take decisions if some of these weapon shipments pose a threat to the fragile balance of powers."
Barak did not disclose further details regarding nature of the Syrian arm shipments to Hizbullah.
