Saudi Turns Back Three Fatah al-Islam Suspects
Saudi Arabia on Saturday turned back to Lebanon three Saudi citizens suspected of belonging to the Fatah al-Islam terror group.
A Saudi jetliner flew the three to Beirut airport. They were accompanied by a 17-strong Saudi security team.
The three were identified as Fahad al-Mghames, Abdullah Bishi and Mohammed Sweid.
They were arrested by Lebanese security agents during the Nahr al-Bared battles in north Lebanon.
The three were extradited by Saudi Arabia on an interim base for further questioning conditional on turning them back to Lebanon for trial.
