France did not Change and U.S. Cannot Give up on Justice
Head of the Mustaqbal Movement MP Saad Hariri said that those betting on France to change its policy are mistaken pointing," France did not change, we won”t change and we are right."
Hariri who made his comments after accompanying French Prime Minister Francois Fillon to the tomb of late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, said, France and the international community remain committed to the international tribunal to find and punish his father”s assassins.
He commented against those betting that the new U.S. administration will change its course concerning the international tribunal,"
I do not think the new U.S. administration will change its principles when it comes to justice and democracy. We have witnessed history in the United States, all ethnic and religious obstacles have been overcome, and President Barrack Obama has been elected.
This proves that it will be impossible for the new administration to abandon the principles of human rights, democracy, freedom and independence, things that we have fought for and will continue to fight for.
Mustaqbal Movement leader issued a call to Phalange leader Amin Gemayel on the second anniversary of his son”s assassination saying," We pledge to maintain our fidelity to Pierre”s memory, to put our hands together for a united and safe Lebanon."
