Army Committed to Combating Terror
President Michel Suleiman on Saturday said the main challenge faced by the Lebanese Army and U.N. peacekeepers is to "confront terror."
Terror is a "global threat," Suleiman told participants in a conference on the U.N. Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
"It is the same terror that strikes in any state," Suleiman said.
He announced that the "Lebanese Army is committed to confronting terror."
