Future bloc MP Mustapha Allouch accused the March 8 alliance of placing their bets on the return of the period when unrest, evil and corruption prevailed.
Allouch was referring to the Syrian tutelage period which lasted 30 years.
Allouch said, in a meeting with Future Movement’s nurses in Akkar on Sunday, that the May 7 offensive “would be retaliated in the ballot boxes in May 2009.
Allouch said that “the martyrs and the dead don’t appear but we never forget them. No one can forget martyr Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri. And we are awaiting the truth and justice that will be fulfilled soon.”
