Put an End to Political Exploitation of Samer’s Death
The family of Officer Samer Hanna, who was killed in a shooting at a military helicopter in August, called for not exploiting his death for electoral and political purposes.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the family said that it had the right to know the truth behind this matter and added that it had charged MP Boutros Harb and his law office to follow up the case and raise this issue during the parliament sessions earlier this month.
The statement affirmed that only Hanna’s parents, army and MP Harb had the right to discuss this issue.
