Confrontations Between Security Forces and Demonstrators Outside U.S, Embassy
Security forces dispersed angry demonstrators on Sunday outside the U.S. embassy at Aokar using water hoses and tear gas.
Press information mentioned that around 150 demonstrators belonging to the Lebanese Communist Party gathered outside the embassy of the United States of America in protest against the on-going Israeli war on Gaza and attempted to cross the barbed wire placed around the embassy.
Internal security forces arrived to the scene and worked on separating demonstrators with water hoses and tear gas.
