Jibril”s PFLP-GC Goes on Alert, Sets Up Machine Guns in Bekaa
Members of Ahmed Jibril”s Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP-GC) have reportedly gone on alert in east Lebanon”s Bekaa Valley towns of Luci and Sultan Yaqoub.
Al-Balad daily on Sunday said PFLP-GC members have carried out a massive deployment outside their headquarters in Luci and Sultan Yaqoub, planting land mines and bombs "to ward off against a possible Israeli landing."
Jibril members also set up 14.5mm machine guns around the two bases, according to al-Balad.
