Majority to submit wiretapping to joint committees
Future Movement MP Ammar Houri told Voice of Lebanon radio station on Friday that majority will submit the wiretapping file to joint committees so as to get over with the issue. He pointed out that submitting the issue to joint committees emphasizes objectivity in dealing with it.
Houri also detailed all March 8 coalition attempts, mainly that of showing that March 14 strongly defends the wiretapping issue. He confirmed that March 14 MPs insisted during yesterday’s session upon implementing Law No.140 and not withholding any information from judicial authorities.
