Hizbullah Criticizes Frenzy Attacks on Aoun
Hizbullah on Monday criticized the "frenzy campaign" targeting Gen. Michel Aoun”s Free Patriotic Movement and said the forthcoming general elections should be a "chance for correcting options adopted by others."
Mohammed Raad, head of Hizbullah”s parliamentary bloc, also told partisans in Beirut”s southern suburb of Ouzai the March 14 majority alliance "does not propose an option to liberate the land."
He was criticizing proposals by pro-March 14 leaders during the Conference on National Dialogue that tackles the issue of a national defense strategy.
"Their proposals call for waiting for the success of diplomacy and agreement by major powers to regain our land in line with a thorough settlement in the region," Raad added.
