Lebanon”s state prosecutor in intensive care at Beirut hospital
State Prosecutor Saeed Mirza was taken to hospital on Wednesday after suffering an unidentified health problem while at his office at the Justice Ministry.
Mirza was admitted to Hotel Dieu De France hospital in the Beirut district of Achrafieh, where he received treatment. He was admitted to the intensive care unit and his situation was reported as stable, the state-run National News Agency said without elaborating.
Judge Mirza has been occupying the post of state prosecutor since 2006.
