Saudi Arabia”s King Abdullah has appointed the Saudi ambassador to Lebanon as new culture and information minister in a major Cabinet reshuffle, Saudi state television reported Saturday.
Abdul Aziz Khoja”s appointment was part of King Abdullah”s first Cabinet shake-up since assuming the throne three years ago, Al-Arabiya also reported. The reshuffle includes new education, justice and information ministers, a new supreme court chief and a new head of the consultative Shura council, along with the nomination of a deputy education minister for women”s education, the state television said.
