Soaid Called For Cooperation Between March 14 Forces and Independents at Keserwan
March 14 Forces Secretariat General Coordinator Faris Soaid called on Christians to actively cooperate with all independent election candidates against others at the Kesrwan, Metn and Jebiel regions.
"February 14 is a decisive day, we are 119 days away from the next legislative elections. This is important because the Christian electoral scene has moved from being a receiver to being an initiator," Soaid said.
He added that Christians must take the initiative to Keserwan, Metn and Jebiel and "work with all loyal independent candidates that together share with them the principles of the cedar revolution."
"Prior to February 14 Christians at Keserwan, Metn and Jebiel were looking for ways to confront the (Free Patriotic) Movement of General Michel Aoun, now they have to take the initiative and clearly declare their participation under the march 14 Forces banner at all three governorates and extend their hand to independent candidates," Soaid said.
