Lebanon to Import Natural Gas from Egypt
Prime Minister Fouad Saniora told the daily Al Ahram in an interview published Tuesday that Lebanon will sign a treaty to import natural gas from Egypt.
Saniora described as "very good" Lebanese-Egyptian relations, adding that Cairo supports Lebanon in the political, economic, military and cultural sectors.
He also said Lebanon was looking forward to establish good relations with Syria based on mutual respect.
