One person was killed in ensuing police raids after a clash between two families in Bab al-Tebbaneh neighborhood in northern Lebanon late Wednesday left four people wounded.
Local media said the fight between Awad and Miflih families quickly developed into a shootout resulting in casualties on both sides.
They were taken to nearby hospitals.
Security forces cordoned off the area and carried out house raids in search for the suspects.
