2 Ramallah Officers Participate in Medhat Murder Probe
Two Palestinian officers from Ramallah inspected the scene of the bombing that killed Kamal Medhat, the deputy of Palestine Liberation Organization”s representative in Lebanon, Palestinian sources told al-Liwaa newspaper.
The sources said Col. Khalil Zghaibi and Maj. Arafat Sharabati were sent by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to participate in the ongoing investigation into Medhat”s killing in a bombing at the entrance to the southern refugee camp of Miyeh Miyeh last Monday.
The officers also inspected in the presence of army intelligence official Col. Mamdouh Saab the destroyed car which was hurled from the road into a field near the camp.
The sources said that the two officers and two other Palestinian officials inspected areas inside the camp that oversea the assassination scene.
