Lahoud has no place in Metn
Change and Reform bloc MP Nabil Nicolas told Al-Manar television on Friday that Minister of State Nassib Lahoud had no place in the Metn district and that Nadim Gemayel’s speeches had nothing to do with reality.
He also said that Deputy Prime Minister Issam Abu Jamra “gave blood” to Achrafieh more than Nadim Gemayel, Nayla Tueni and Michel Pharaon.
“Aren’t the Christians or neo-Christians meeting with Qoreitem, to beg for a parliamentary seat?” he asked.
Nicolas also said that the forthcoming parliamentary elections aimed to improve the situation in Lebanon,
He questioned, “What did the opposing party achieve since 1992?” and concluded that it only created disparity among the Lebanese, while his party offered the majority an approach based on partnership.
