Kesrouan deliberations initiated for "best list possible"
Lebanese Forces Leader Samir Geagea said that the electoral battle was “merely political, especially in the Kesrouan-Ftouh district.”
Following a meeting with a delegation from the Kesrouan–Ftouh district in Maarab on Thursday, Geagea said that “political aspects and gains prevail over the elections in the district, because it is big and wealthy and they do not need anyone’s services. That is why they choose their MPs based strictly on their political conviction.”
Geagea also reiterated his support for National Bloc leader Carlos Edde’s candidacy, adding that the “announcement of March 14’s Kesrouan list would be delayed, because the deliberations have began for the formation the best list possible.”
