I Guarantee Victory of All 7 Candidates on My Metn List
MP Michel Murr said Wednesday that he guarantees the victory of all seven parliamentary candidates on his Metn electoral ticket, adding that he would vote for Speaker Nabih Berri for another term.
Murr wondered why Free Patriotic Movement leader Gen. Michel Aoun attacked the Metn municipalities that previously elected him.
"Why some people are attacking the presidency?" Murr told a news conference.
"Hasn”t MP Michel Aoun had enough from marginalizing the presidency since his return from Paris?
"Why are you losing your nerves?" he told Aoun. "I guarantee that our list will win 7/7."
