Preserve the Project of Freedom

An election rally was held in the Lebanese Forces” center in Hadath el Jebeh in Bshiri in the presence of Lebanese Forces president Samir Geagea, his wife MP Strida Geagea and MP Elie Keyrouz.

After the national anthem and opening words by Lebanese Forces coordinator Elias Ghosn, MP Keyrouz called on his supporters to vote in big numbers in June 7, adding that this date will represent a crossing point between two clear projects.

He underlined the need to preserve the project of life, freedom and Intifada.

Keyrouz accused March 8 forces of trying to destabilize the situation in Lebanon, noting that these forces have crippled the state and all public institutions in order to achieve certain political goals.

"We are with the constitution and the implementation of Taif Accord while they (March 8) want to bypass the constitution and violate the laws and interpret according to their own understanding," Keyrouz said.

He said that March 8 want to drag the country into wars and seize all the financial capabilities of the state.
Keyrouz added that Hezbollah wants to keep its weapons while "we to build an army."

Keyrouz maintained his attack on March 8 and said that the opposition wants to weaken the presidency and target all national and religious symbols in the country.

He warned against granting the opposition the one third veto bloc in any new cabinet.
