Murr meets with UNIFIL commander
Defense Minister Elias Murr met on Friday with UNIFIL”s commander in south Lebanon, Claudio Graziano. In remarks following the meeting, Graziano stressed "fruitful cooperation between the Lebanese Army and international forces."
The National News Agency said that Graziano decorated Murr with the UNIFIL Medal of Honor, "in appreciation of support offered by Murr over the past years." Murr also met on Friday with US Ambassador Michel Sison, with whom he discussed latest developments.
