Revisiting Post June 7 Period Resumes Obstruction and Blackmail
Lebanese Forces MP Elie Keyrouz said that the Lebanese Forces gave Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri its ideas for the next cabinet.
Following a meeting with Hariri in the parliament building on Monday, Keyrouz said, “We can’t go back to the period before June 7, especially when the elections confirmed that the majority is the real majority and trying to ignore this reality is tantamount to obstruction and blackmail.”
Keyrouz said that the Lebanese Forces supports a capable and productive cabinet that “doesn’t succumb to preconditions and obstruction, and concentrates on tackling the rough living situation of Lebanese citizens.”
