Hizbullah Satisfied with Adopted Formula in Government Shape-Up
Qassem Hizbullah second in command Sheikh Naim Qassem said Wednesday Hizbullah was satisfied with the outcome of the first phase in the government formation process.
"The adopted formula for the government”s shape allows effective participation in the context of what has been agreed on," he told visiting public figures.
Qassem hoped for a speedy appointment of ministers and the distribution of portfolios.
"We must bolster national unity and mobilize all capacities to help resist occupation and revitalize economic and social sectors," the Hizbullah deputy secretary general said.
"The United States and Israel cannot impose their agendas and policies in Lebanon if we stand together," he added.
