Special Tribunal for Lebanon spokeswoman Susan Khan has resigned for "personal reasons."
She will quit her post at the STL headquarters in The Hague November 9.
Khan joined the STL in March 1, when the tribunal was launched.
She is the second official to resign in as many months.
STL Registrar Robin Vincent resigned in April.
