In response to recent criticism in the media, the Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Thursday saying that the drafting of a law to allow Lebanese emigrants to vote does not fall within its jurisdiction.
Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh also said on Thursday that he is committed to the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative and to the Palestinian right of return.
