Energy and Water Minister Alan Tabourian on Thursday said he expected tougher power rationing "just like every year."
In remarks published by the Central News Agency, Tabourian said that the amount of electricity from Egypt is not sufficient to meet the required energy needs.
Tabourian stressed that "production" is the real problem.
