We proposed formation of Technocrat Cabinet
In an interview with Al-Mustaqbal newspaper published on Saturday, Lebanese Forces bloc MP Antoine Zahra said that the Lebanese Forces proposed the formation of a technocrat cabinet to Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri.
According to Zahra, the proposal for a 15-10-5 cabinet formula reached a dead end and contributed to Hariri’s resignation, which means “Hariri is no longer bound to the formula anymore and has the freedom to consider any other option since only the majority appointed him as prime minister-designate.
