Be Merciful Upon People and Form a Cabinet Quickly
Deputy head of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan called Sunday on the various political parties to "have mercy on the Lebanese people and form a Cabinet quickly."
During the Eid el-Fitr sermon, Qabalan stressed Lebanon”s need to unify ranks.
