Interior Minister Ziyad Baroud called on the Internal Security Forces Thursday to mobilize patrols and set up daily checkpoints from midnight until 7 a.m., to monitor roads where thefts were taking place.
Also on Thursday, Baroud met with the head of Lebanon’s Elections Monitoring Committee, Judge Ghassan Abou Alwan.
