Iran Won”t Spare Any Effort to Support Hariri
Iran”s Ambassador to Lebanon Mohammad-Reza Sheybani stressed that Iran will not spare any effort in supporting PM-designate Saad Hariri to form the anticipated Lebanese government.
After meeting Hariri at Center House on Thursday, Shibani said that: "Since the first moment Hariri was designated to form the cabinet, I expressed with my own tongue Iran”s official stance about that choice being successful, in its place, and appropriate."
Shibani said that he wished Hariri "luck and success in this grave and sensitive responsibility laid on his shoulders".
"We expressed to the PM-designate during this meeting our hope that he – through his patience and consistency in the asserted efforts – be able at the end of the line to form a Lebanese national unity government," said Shibani adding that he hopes that "this matter be accomplished as soon as possible".
