Moawad warns against domestic and regional armament race
oalition secretariat general member Michel Moawad denied on Wednesday recalling the logic of tutorship and warned against the armament race in Lebanon and in the region.
After meeting with Maronite Patriarch Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, Moawad stressed the necessity to achieve the project of building the State. “Weapons and democracy cannot govern together in Lebanon”, he stated.
