Egypt”s state security court resumes the trial of the so-called Hizbullah cell on Saturday.
Twenty five defendants are accused of plotting attacks against ships in the Suez Canal and tourist sites.
Four of the defendants, among them the alleged Lebanese ringleader Mohammed Qabalan, are being tried in absentia by the state security court after they fled the country.
