مضى بضعة أشهر منذ أن احتفلت أمل علم الدين بخطبتها من الممثل الشهير جورج كلوني، ومن المتوقع أن يتم الزفاف في الأشهر القادمة في فيلا كلوني الفخمة التي تقع بالقرب من بحيرة كومو في إيطاليا.
ولكن ما يثير الدهشة هو ما نشرته مجلة OK! على غطائها حيث أفادت بأن أمل حامل في شهرها الثالث. وقد ورد في المجلة أن مصدراً من أصدقاء علم الدين لاحظ أن بطنها كبر بشكل طفيف حين كانت تقوم باختيار الفستان المناسب للزفاف. وووفقاً للمجلة، السبب في التسرع في إتمام الزفاف هو أنها وكلوني يريدان الزواج قبل أن ينتشر خبر الحمل في كل أنحاء العالم، لا سيما في لبنان.
فعلم الدين التي ولدت في بيروت عام 1978، لا تريد أن يحكم عليها من عائلتها ومجتمعها الذي لا يزال يعتبر متديناً وحافظاً، وقد لا يسعد كثيراً في حال ولد طفلها خارج نطاق الزواج.
إلا ان موقع Gossip Cop دحض هذه الادعاءات بعد ان اعتبر ان مجلة OK! تأدب على نشر الأخبار الكاذبة وخصوصاً فيما يتعلق بالحمل، وافاد الموقع ان ممثلاً عن كلوني وعلم الدين نفى جملة وتفصيلاً خبر OK! بالقول: “هي ليست حاملاً”.
ومن جملة الإشاعات خبر نقلته National Enquirer عن كلوني مفاده انه بدأ يشعر بالتردد تجاه فكرة الزواج من علم الدين، رغم ولعه بها، ولكن فكرة ان يمضي بقية حياته الى جانب نفس المرأة يخيفه، ولكن عاد موقع Gossip Cop لينفي هذا الخبر وينقل عن مصدر قريب من الثنائي ان كلوني فرح جداً بفكرة الزواج من علم الدين.

This isn’t the first story that the fabricated tabloid has posted about this couple either, since news of their engagement broke the news site is reporting on all kinds of false stories regarding Clooney and Alamuddin.
According to the magazine, an “insider” told them, “He’s gone into meltdown mode, questioning if he’s doing the right thing or not. George adores Amal, but the thought of spending the rest of his life with her is terrifying him now that the date is drawing near.”
