أكدت أجهزة الإستخبارات الإسرائيلية أن “حزب الله” قام ببناء ترسانة ضخمة من الصواريخ بعيدة المدى، وأنه يركز خاصة على الصواريخ التي يفوق مداها الـ 100 كلم.
وكشف مصدر إسرائيلي، لصحيفة “وورلد تريبيون” الأميركية، أن أجهزة الإستخبارات خلصت في تقرير رفعته إلى حكومة بنيامين نتانياهو إلى أن الحزب حصل من إيران على ترسانة من 5000 آلاف صاروخ بعيد المدى قادرة على ضرب العمق الإسرائيلي، وهي أكبر من تلك التي تملكها معظم بلدان الشرق الأوسط.
وأضاف ان أجهزة الإستخبارات رصدت الصواريخ الإيرانية لحين وصولها إلى منشآت تحت الأرض في بيروت، وكذلك في سهل البقاع، مؤكداً أن معظم الترسانة تضمّ صواريخ من نوع “فاتح 110” التي يصل مداها الى أكثر من 200 كلم.
وأوضح المصدر ان هذه الصواريخ يمكن توجيهها بدقة وتحميلها رؤوسا حربية بوزن طن واحد على الأقل، وبإمكانها تقريباً أن تضرب أي هدف في إسرائيل.
Intel: Hizbullah built arsenal of 5,000 long-range rockets from Iran
Israel’s intelligence community has determined that the Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah built a huge long-range rocket arsenal.
The intelligence community has assessed that Hizbullah was focusing on the procurement of rockets with a range of more than 100 kilometers. In a recent assessment to the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, intelligence agencies concluded that Hizbullah amassed an Iranian-origin long-range arsenal of at least 5,000 rockets.
“This arsenal could strike deep inside Israel and is larger than most countries in the Middle East,” an Israeli source said.
The source said the intelligence community has traced the long-range rocket arsenal to underground facilities in Beirut as well as the Bekaa Valley. The assessment asserted that much of the arsenal consisted of the Fatah-110, with a range of more than 200 kilometers.
“These are precision-guided rockets with a warhead of at least one ton,” the source said. “They could strike virtually any target in Israel.”
