مؤتمر شـبيبة القوات اللبنانية في أوروبا 2015
إجتمع ممثلو الشـبيبة من عدة منسـقيات لـ”القوات اللبنانية” في أوروبا في أول مؤتمر لهم لوضع استراتيجية عمل لشبيبة أوروبا؛ وعلى مدى يومين عملوا سـوياً وتبادلوا الآراء والأفكار.
شـارك في هذا المؤتمر مندوبة الشـبيبة في بريطانيا الرفيقة “سـتيفاني حرب”، ماركوس رزق من ألمانيا، راشـيل قزي من السويد، يونان ناصيف وجورج داميان من فرنسـا، جوليان خوري من بلجيكا ومنسـقة الشـبيبة في أوروبا الرفيقة سـتيفاني أبي خليل. وبسـبب الإضرابات لدى عدة شـركات طيران في مطار كوبنهاغن، اضطر البعض للمشـاركة من خلال الإنترنت. كان في اسـتقبال الذي أتوا للمشـاركة منسـق الدانمرك الرفيق جو ابراهيم ونائبه الرفيق مارسـال أبي خليل.
تضمن المؤتمر عدة ورشـات عمل وجلسـات تبادل أفكار وآراء عن احتياجات الشـبيبة في أوروبا وكيفية تحفيذهم وحثهم على المشـاركة العملانية. وشـددوا على خلق روابط علاقة على المسـتويين الشـخصي والمهني بين المشـاركين لتنسـيق العمل في ما بينهم، وتم ذلك من خلال العديد من ورش العمل والمناقشـات حول التطوير على مسـتوى الفرد وعلى مسـتوى العمل الجماعي. كما وتناقشـوا بإمكانية انخراط الشـباب في العمل السـياسـي في بلدان الإنتشـار.
إنضم إلى الإجتماع رئيـس مقاطعة أوروبا في “القوات” المهندس إيلي عبد الحي الذي تكلم عن سـتراتيجية شـبيبة قوات أوروبا وعن دورهم في تحقيق هذه السـتراتيجية. وقدّم منسـق سـويسـرا الرفيق جورج عيسـى الخوري عرضاً عن شـبيبة سـويسـرا وتحدّث عن قسـم الشـؤون الإجتماعية وإنجازاته.وانضم أيضاً إلى الإجتماع، ولأول مرة، الرفيقة جويل عاجوري، من جمعية شـبيبة القوات اللبنانية والمسـؤولة عن علاقة طلاب “القوات اللبنانية” وقطاع الإنتشـار، والتي شـرحت عن الطريقة المتّبعة في العمل في الخارج وشـاركت في الحوارات والمناقشـات عن كيفية التعاون مع شـبيبة أوروبا لتمتين التعاون بين مختلف المقاطعات في العالم. وفي مرحلة لاحقة انضم إلى الإجتماع كل من السـيد “ماركوس كالوند راسـموسـن” رئيـس لجنة الشـرق الأوسـط لشـبيبة المحافظين الدانمركية، والسـيد “كوزما بافلوف” من شـبيبة المحافظين في كوبنهاغن، اللذان تكلما عن سـياسـة الدانمرك وعن كيفية التعامل مع شـبيبتهم لتحفيذهم وإشـراكهم لبتادل الخبرات.
في نهاية المؤتمر، سـيسـتمر المجتمعون على مواصلة العمل لإنجاز سـتراتيجية ورؤية موحّدة لشـبيبة قوات أوروبا وعملها في المستقبل. الخطوة المقبلة متابعة القسـم الثاني للمؤتمر في السـويد في شـهر نيسـان.
LF Youth Europe strategy meeting 2015
Representatives from youth chapters in Europe met in Denmark this weekend to participate in the first strategy meeting for LF Youth Europe. Over two days the representatives worked together to share ideas and take a step towards creating a strategy for LF Youth Europe.
Participating in the meeting were comrades Stephanie Harb from the UK, Markus Rezek from Germany, Rachel Kazzi from Sweden, Younane Nassif and Georges Damien from France, JulienKhoury from Belgium and coordinator Stephanie Abi Khalil from Denmark. Due to strikes in the airlines to and from Copenhagen, several of the participants had to join the meeting online.
The youth representatives where welcomed and greeted by LF Denmark chairman comrade Joe Ibrahim and vice chairman comrade Marcel Abi Khalil.
The strategy meeting included several workshops and brainstorming sessions on the issues and needs of the youth in Europe and how to motivate and engage the youth. They put a big emphasistocreate a strong personal and professional bond between the team members in order to be able to work together. This was done through several workshops and discussions on personal development and team work. Furthermore, they discussed the importance of all LF Youth chapters in Europe to engage in the politics in each their respectable country.
Head of Europe Elie Abdel Hay joined the youth meeting to talk about the strategy of LF Europe and the role of the youth in achieving this strategy. Furthermore, comrade Georges Issa El Khoury from Switzerland did a presentation on the youth in his chapter and talked about Social Affairs.
Also joining the meeting, for the first time, was Joelle Ajoury from Lebanese Forces youth association, Foreign Affairs department (she is the person in charge of the link between LF students and abroad), who explained the international work in LFYA and participated in a discussion on how to further collaborate with LF Youth Europe to strengthen the relation between the regions.
Lastly, head of Middle East Committee from the Young Danish Conservatives Markus Kaalund Rasmussen and Kuzma Pavlov from the Young Danish Conservatives in Copenhagen, joined the meeting and held a presentation about Danish politics, the Young Danish Conservatives and how they motivate and engage their youth to share experiences.
The youth representatives are working to finalize an overall strategy and a vision for LF Youth Europe, and are working together to ensure the future of LF Europe. The next step is to hold part two of the strategy meetingwhich will take place in Sweden in April.
