شاركت شبيبة حزب “القوات اللبنانية” في مقاطعة أوروبا يوم الأربعاء في 11/11/2015 بالمحاضرة الثالثة من سـلسـلة محاضرات لتبادل المعلومات السـياسـية.
وبعد تحضير مُسـبَق من قِـبَل رئيـس مكتب التنمية الفكرية في مصلحة “القوات” الرفيق رامي جبور وأمين الصندوق كريسـتوفر سـكر، ألقى الدكتور إيلي الهندي محاضرة بعنوان “الحكومة والمؤسـسـات في لبنان” شـاملة الدسـتور اللبناني لمرحلتي ما قبل وما بعد اتفاق الطائف، الميثاق الوطني، تقاسـم السـلطات والقانون الإنتخابي.
حضر من لجنة شـبيبة أوروبا كل من سـتيفاني حرب من المملكة المتحدة، جورج دميان من فرنسـا، ماركوس رزق من ألمانيا، راشـيل قزي من السـويد، منسـقة الشـبيبة سـتيفاني أبي خليل من الدانمرك، كما شـارك أيضاً من فرنسـا الرفيق جان بيار عندس.
هذه المحاضرة هي الثالثة من ضمن سـلسـلة محاضرات لتبادل المعلومات بشـكل مكثف ودَوري لِـكَوْدَرَة الشـبيبة في العمل الحزبي.
Third political lecture for LF Youth Europe Committee
On Wednesday November 11th the LF Youth Europe Committee had their third lecture in the series of information sharing. The title was the Government and Institutions of Lebanon and it dealt with the constitution before and after the Taef agreement, the national pact, the powersharing and the electoral law.
The lecture was held by Dr. Elie Al Hindy, with the procedural help of Head of LFSA Intellectual Development Bureau comrade Ramy Jabbour and Treasurer Christopher Succar.
Present were the members of the LF Youth Europe Committee; comrades Stephanie Harb from the UK, Georges Damien from France, Markus Rezek from Germany, Rachel Kazzi from Sweden, Youth Coordinator Stephanie Abi Khalil from Denmark, and in addition comrade Jean-Pierre Andos from France joined. Questions from the members evolved around the electoral law, the best representation of the Christians in Lebanon, the current political deadlock and a possible solution for the future.
The lecture was the third in a series of three months intense information sharing designed to develop the members of LF Youth Europe Committee into cadres and expand their knowledge. The information sharing lectures will continue bimonthly with a different topic and lecturer each time.
