No Lebanon and No Independence without Bkirki
MP Boutros Harb said on Saturday that Bkirki, the mansion of the Maronite patriarchy, is a religious and national bastion and those who claim otherwise do not know anything about Maronites and Bkirki’s history.
“No Lebanon and no independence without Bkirki,” he said.
During a dinner in honor of the new Maronite Bishop of Cyprus Youssef Sweif on Friday night, he added that no political figure could insult Bkirki because the Maronite Patriarchy surpasses all politicians and could never be compared to them.
