Harb Denounces Dangerous and Criminal Israeli Aggression
MP Boutros Harb denounced “the dangerous and criminal aggressions that the Israeli enemy is committing against the Palestinian people in Gaza,” adding that it was nearly a “genocide.”
While receiving popular delegations at his residence in Tanourin on Sunday, Harb called on “all the Lebanese parties and leaders to be extremely careful to prevent the situation in Gaza being reflected on the Lebanese reality and turning Lebanon into a parallel battlefield.”
He said that Lebanon “cannot endure more security tremors, which could ruin the previous efforts to unify the national position in order to face the upcoming period with the proper conditions.”
He urged “the Arab leaders to confront this dangerous situation by unifying Arab positions within the Arab league and directing their efforts toward the United Nations and the international community to pressure Israel and force it to put an end to its unacceptable aggression, which may lead to the situation in the region exploding.
