Mufti al-Jouzou: Opposition read the Arab initiative in the Persian language

 

The Sunni Mufti of Mount Lebanon, Sheikh Mohammed al-Jouzou, said that the opposition has read the Arab initiative in the Persian language.

 

“The opposition does not want to take into consideration the needs of the Lebanese people,” he said.

 

He also criticized Damascus for its stance on the present crisis. “Damascus is no longer an Arab state but is plotting against Arabs and Arabism in favor of the Persian plan.”

 

“Hezbollah knows one language, which is the Persian one, and is seeking to turn Lebanon into a Persian province,” he added.
